CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES AND PRICES

LinkBuildPRO’s SEO services will include (but are not limited to):

  • Securing placements
  • Creating submission reports.

The client must acknowledge the following to avail our SEO services:

  • Keep in mind that all the fees are non-refundable.
  • Remember that everything from fees to services, documents to reports are highly confidential.
  • LinkBuildPRO has no control over the search engine policies when it comes to the type of sites and/or content they accept both now or in the future. The client’s website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
  • LinkBuildPRO has no control over website and blog owners removing links and content, or deleting/moving/changing their website. Keep in mind that these placements will not be replaced or refunded.
  • Under no circumstances. LinkBuildPRO is liable to you (the end user) for any damages including any direct incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims of yours or third party websites. The end user, assume all risks and potential damages associated with using our services.
  • LinkBuildPRO reserves the right to tweak anchor text and other details to ensure successful placements.
  • As a provider of SEO services, LinkBuildPRO does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Neither does LinkBuildPRO guarantee any increase in website traffic.
  • Acquiring links from “link farms” or linking to “bad neighborhoods” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. LinkBuildPRO is not liable for the client’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.
  • LinkBuildPRO is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that negatively affect the search engine rankings of the client’s website.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

LinkBuildPRO avoid signing non disclosure agreements for every client or agency who want to use our services but our terms of our service empires that we treat every client with full Non-Disclosure respect.

We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party, except to your company’s employees and professional advisers, who need to know the same for the purpose.

LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

LinkBuildPRO reserves the right to cancel any orders placed by the websites operating in illegal or offensive industries. Any illegal content, products, services or items hateful, objectionable or defamatory content aimed at any people group, race, gender, sexual orientation or attack on any person, business, organization, product or service; cruelty towards animals; promotion of drugs, gambling, casinos, pornography, prostitution or otherwise content found to be objectionable will not be processed.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
